करोड़ों दिलों की धड़कन, व्यापार, परोपकार, नैतिक जिम्मेदारी से लेकर मानवता की मूर्ति के प्रतिरूप रतन टाटा जी 86 वर्ष की आयु में नश्वर शरीर को त्याग कर परमात्मा में विलीन हो गए। सम्पूर्ण विश्व उनके अनगिनत कार्यों को ताउम्र भूल नहीं पाएगा सदैव सभी की स्मृतियों में ज़िंदा रहेगा। मैंने भी इस दिव्य विभूति को समर्पित एक कविता लिखी है।
संघर्षों की बलि देकर ही जग में मिली सफलता है लक्ष्य एक है गर जीवन में फिर दूर नहीं विफलता है
साधन साध्य बन जाता है दुनिया भी शीश झुकाती है ख़ून पसीने की मेहनत ही विजय का तिलक लगाती है
सपनों की उड़ान को पंख देकर बेहतर दुनिया बनाई है युगों तक याद रखेंगे लोग रतन टाटा की ये कमाई है

शिक्षा स्वास्थ्य संकल्प सेवा ही मात्र एक उनका सपना था कोई भेद नहीं था धर्म जाति का बस हर कोई ही अपना था
प्रेरणा लेंगे गुणों से लोग उनके सादा जीवन उच्च अनंत विचार रतन टाटाईश्वर की कृतियों का थे ‘दीप’ अनुपम सच्चा उपहार

रतन टाटा जैसी शक्शियत हज़ारों लाखों वर्षों में कोई एक जन्म लेता है, जो अपने साथ साथ समाज, देश और दुनिया को अपने बेहतरीन और शानदार नेतृत्व से आगे बढ़ाता है। देश विदेशों में रतन टाटा का जलवा कायम था, वे टाटा ग्रुप, एयर इंडिया, विस्तारा, क्रोमा, टाइटन, वोल्टास, तनिष्क, फास्टट्रैक, एयर एशिया, लैंड रोवर जगुआर जैसी सफल कंपनियों के मालिक थे, इस लिस्ट में गिनती यहीं ख़त्म नहीं होती, बल्कि ये सूची बहुत बड़ी है। उन्होंने अपने कार्यकाल में इन कंपनियों को बुलंदियों के सर्वोत्तम शिखर पर पहुंचाया, इस माध्यम से लाखों लोगों को रोजगार भी दिया, जीने का साधन ही नहीं सपनों को पूरा करने का दृढ संकल्प और हौसला भी दिया। रतन टाटा ने देश को जो बहुमूल्य योगदान दिए हैं वो सभी आने वाले वक़्त में लाखों करोड़ों युवाओं का पथ प्रदर्शन करेगा, उनके जाने से देश को अपूरणीय क्षति हुई है, जिसे वो किसी भी रूप में भर नहीं सकता। कहते हैं आपका व्यवहार आपके साथ साथ दूसरों का भी कल्याण करता है। भारत देश के रत्न, पद्मविभूषण से सम्मानित आदरणीय रतन टाटा जी के अविस्मरणीय संस्मरण को याद करके आज ना जाने कितने लोगों की आँखें नम हो गई होंगी, जो प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से उनके साथ जुड़ा रहा।

पूरी दुनिया में आज भले ही टाटा मोटर्स सफलता के सर्वोच्च शिखर पर पहुंचने में अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दे रहा है, किंतु एक वक्त ऐसा भी था जब टाटा कंपनी के मालिक रतन टाटा अपनी स्वदेशी निर्मित कार टाटा इंडिका की खस्ता हाल से परेशान होकर टाटा मोटर्स को बेचने का निर्णय ले लिया था। इसके लिए अमेरिका स्थित फोर्ड मोटर्स के चेयरमैन बिल फोर्ड से भी मुलाकात की, किंतु किन्हीं कारणों से ये डील नहीं हो सकी। हालांकि इससे रतन टाटा बहुत दुःखी भी हुए थे, बावजूद इसके, समय ने करवट ली, जिस कंपनी के पास वो टाटा मोटर्स को बेचने गए थे, कुछ वर्षों बाद फोर्ड्स कंपनी की हालत खराब होने से टाटा मोटर्स ने उनसे जगुआर लैंड रोवर कंपनी ही खरीद ली।

Ratan Tata was the ‘lamp’ of God’s creations, a unique true gift.
A personality like Ratan Tata is born only once in thousands of years, who takes himself, the society, the country and the world forward with his excellent and wonderful leadership. Ratan Tata’s fame prevailed in the country and abroad, he was the owner of successful companies like Tata Group, Air India, Vistara, Croma, Titan, Voltas, Tanishq, Fastrack, Air Asia, Land Rover Jaguar, the list does not end here, rather this list is very big. During his tenure, he took these companies to the highest peak of heights, through this he also gave employment to lakhs of people, not only the means of living but also the determination and courage to fulfill the dreams. The valuable contributions that Ratan Tata has given to the country will guide millions of youth in the coming times, his departure has caused an irreparable loss to the country, which cannot be compensated in any form. Today, Tata Motors may be making its significant contribution in reaching the highest peak of success all over the world, but there was a time when Ratan Tata, the owner of Tata Company, upset with the poor condition of his indigenously manufactured car Tata Indica, decided to sell Tata Motors. For this, he also met Bill Ford, the chairman of Ford Motors based in America, but due to some reasons, this deal could not happen. Although Ratan Tata was also very sad due to this, despite this, time took a turn, the company to which he had gone to sell Tata Motors, after a few years, due to the deteriorating condition of Fords Company, Tata Motors bought Jaguar Land Rover Company from him.
